Under the cover of darkness you meet me

In the shade of the sun you greet me

A burning love to find

You approach gently and graciously

You magnify the space waiting

To magnify me in You

This flame of love burns

In a single touch, inferno

A single kiss, death

A single breath, phoenix

A single look, rest

I behold you beholding me

There is no grasping in the look

No desperate plea for release

There is your love me for me

In your love there is peace

You come and hold me to your chest
