Our Pilgrim Longing Retreat was AMAZING! We had over 100 retreatants-- members of the Eden Invitation community as well as many new faces looking to learn about us and to encounter Christ. This time around we chatted LIVE with a few retreat attendees and a member of our pastoral team about their experiences on the 2025 Pilgrim Longing Retreat! Here at Eden Invitation, pilgrims don’t walk alone. We’ve learned (and are still learning!) how to accompany each other on this journey through the mission and community of Eden Invitation. We want to pull out the map– the metaphorical (and sometimes real) hills and valleys and canyons and rivers we’ve seen and charted so far– and share with you our 8-year story.

Each marriage has a unique “how we met” story. Often, a future husband and wife meet through mutual friends or because they were at the right place at the right time and shared a common experience. Pete and Angie’s story has all of that, but began in what many would consider a very unlikely place: an Eden Invitation Retreat.
